Live video webcast Afterhours concert from Amsterdam

September 24th Italian rock band Afterhours performs at the legendary Paradiso in Amsterdam. Good news for everybody that can’t make it to Amsterdam, the entire performance will be webcast live, in video and audio, on online-concert-channel Fabchannel.com.

Afterhours was formed in the late 80’s and is highly estimated in the Italian music industry. The five-piece make dark and brooding rock in line of bands like The Frames and dEUS. In 2004 Afterhours co-headlined a tour with The Twilight Singers. Since this tour, both bands have been contributing greatly to each other’s work. The band decided to shift course and, after 5 Italian albums, they released their first English album ‘Ballads For Little Hyenas’ in 2005.

The webcast starts at 22:00 CET. Afterwards the concert will be included in the online video archive at www.fabchannel.com, where it can be watched 24/7. Live as well as on demand the Afterhours concert is free for everybody to watch.

Afterhours on Kerrang!

Kerrang!, the world top selling rock magazine, has reviewed Afterhours’ show at the Mercury Lounge in New York held last June, giving an evaluation of 4 stars out of 5.
Kerrang!’s review joins the other good review of “I Milanesi Ammazzano il Sabato”, published by Time Out as preview of the NY show.
In the meantime, Manuel Agnelli was invited by Mark Lanegan and Greg Dulli to join the Gutter Twins as keyboard player on three important shows of their Summer tour: 13/8 at the Sheperd’s Bush Empire in London, 15/8 at the Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium and 16/8 at the Lowlands Festival in Holland.
